Fincosit s.r.l., with registered office in viaFieschi 6/13– 16121 Genova, VAT number 02528940998, as the data controller (hereafter the “Company” or the”Owner“), provides below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679  (hereafter, the “GDPR“) in relation to the processing of the personal data of visitors to the www.fincosit.it website (hereafter, the “Site“).

1.       What types of data are processed and for what analysis? 

Navigation data: 

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission isimplicit in the use of Internet.In this category of data include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of therequest, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’soperatingsystem and computer environment.This data, which is necessary for the use of web services,is also processed for the purpose of: (i)obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (mostvisited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.); and (ii)to check the properfunctioningof the services offered. The data could be used for the clearanceof responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. The browsing data are processed for our legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of the Site, checking its proper functioning and obtaining statistics in relation to its use(art.6, co.1, let’s go.(f) the GDPR).

Data you voluntarily provide:

in the letters/fax/e-mails spontaneously sent to us: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of your personal data to the e-mailor electronic mailaddresses published on the Site involves the subsequent acquisition of such data, necessaryto pursue our and your legitimate interest in  responding to requests you send in relation to the Site and/or our activities(art.6, co.1, let’s go.(f)gdpr).You are free not to provide such data.However, failure to provide them may make it impossible to comply with your request;

on the occasion of the calls made to our telephone number: when you contact our telephone number, we may process the personal data spontaneously communicated by you during the telephone conversation or reasonably called by us to pursue our and yourlegitimate interestin providing you with the request(art. 6, co. 1, let. f) of the GDPR). You are free not to provide such data. However, failure to provide them may make it impossible to comply with your request.

2.       Which subjects will becomeaware of my personal data?

Employees and/or collaborators of the Company responsible for managing the Site, providing assistance or providing you with the requested information may become aware of your personal data. In addition, subjects who, as data controllers, provide us with services instrumental to the performance ofour activity, such as, but not limited to, the providers of IT and logistic services functional to the operation of the Company and the group companies that provide us with intragroup services,may also become aware of your personal data.

3.       Will my personal data be disclosed to third parties? 

Your data may be communicated to the Judicial Authority at the request of the same in the cases provided for by law.

4.       How will my personal data be processed and for how long will it be stored?

Your personal data will be processed with automated and non-automated tools. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access. The navigation data will be stored for a maximum period of 7 (seven) days, unless further storage should be necessary for theassessment of liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or to comply with requests from the judicialauthority. If you have contacted us by letter, fax, e-mailor telephone to obtain information relating to the Site or our company, your data willbe obtained for the time required by law or for the time necessary to pursue the above processing purposes.

5.       Will my data be transferred out of the European Economic Area?

(iii) the right to data portability (i.e. the right, in the cases indicated by Article 20 of the GDPR,to receive from us, in a structured format, common use and readable by automatic device the data concerning it, as well as to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance). You also have the right to object at any time, for reasons connected with your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) (performance of a task in the public interest or related to the exercise of public authority) or f) (the legitimate interest) of the GDPR, including profiling on the basis of those provisions. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, when processing is based on your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of consent-based processing prior to revocation.
