1. What types of data are processed and for what analysis?
Navigation data:
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission isimplicit in the use of Internet.In this category of data include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of therequest, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’soperatingsystem and computer environment.This data, which is necessary for the use of web services,is also processed for the purpose of: (i)obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (mostvisited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.); and (ii)to check the properfunctioningof the services offered. The data could be used for the clearanceof responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. The browsing data are processed for our legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of the Site, checking its proper functioning and obtaining statistics in relation to its use(art.6, co.1, let’s go.(f) the GDPR).

2. Which subjects will becomeaware of my personal data?
Employees and/or collaborators of the Company responsible for managing the Site, providing assistance or providing you with the requested information may become aware of your personal data. In addition, subjects who, as data controllers, provide us with services instrumental to the performance ofour activity, such as, but not limited to, the providers of IT and logistic services functional to the operation of the Company and the group companies that provide us with intragroup services,may also become aware of your personal data.
